PBM

The KRP Board has contracted PBM to manage the regular running of our Development and to advise on the rights and responsibilities of owners, tenants and the Residents Management Company.   They prepare the maintenance contracts and invoices, the service charge demands and financial accounts, and are responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations through the Concierge team.

Concierge

Our friendly Concierge team provides 24/7 assistance to residents on day-to-day matters and aims to ensure a safe and secure environment for us.  During the current Covid crisis, we would ask residents to minimise personal visits to the office. Where possible please use the KRP Help Desk or use the phone to speak to the Concierges. They will be happy to answer any questions or to receive any ideas and suggestions.

KRP Help Desk

Something not working in your block or on the estate? The on-line Help Desk is often the fastest and most efficient way to obtain the support needed and to get things moving. And apart from maintenance issues, you can also use the Help Desk to request parking permits, authorise key collections, and access other services available to residents.  If you are not confident with the online process, you can call the Concierge team.
